1. A valid driver's license and liability insurance is required to drive within the state of California.

8. The speed limit is 65 Miles Per Hour on most freeways. The flow of traffic can be much faster at times, highway patrol will use radar to gauge your speed so be safe and do the designated speed limit.

9. Valid proof of insurance must be carried in the vehicle at all times.
